What drives you

Overall there are a few things which I can say I bring to any place that I work. The first is that I am an efficiency geek. I like making things work better - quicker. So, if I see the opportunity for things to get done with less effort, and of the same end quality, I will do it. I am in fact proud to say that I'm lazy. It drives my desire to do less, or at least, less work to which the answer is already known.

If you put a new challenge, an unsolved problem, in front of me - I work on it day and night. I love being the first one to crack the puzzle and provide a solution to what others said was undoable.

I also hate micromanagement. I hate being micromanaged and I hate doing it. If you work for me I expect you to come to me when you are stumped... and otherwise, I trust that you are doing everything as you should.
